Outlook 2016, Corvair College #39, Barnwell SC, 11/11/16

I am just putting this out as a long distance place holder now. Right after CC#35 in November, I had a personal meeting with P.F.Beck, the leader of the local teams that have hosted 6 colleges at Barnwell, and he told me to put his team down for a 7th event in November of 2016. It will fall on November 11-13th. I will further update this page in 2016, you can expect the sign up to open just before Oshkosh in July.

About William Wynne
I have been continuously building, testing and flying Corvair engines since 1989. Information, parts and components that we developed and tested are now flying on several hundred Corvair powered aircraft. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics and an A&P license from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and have a proven 30 year track record of effectively teaching homebuilders how to create and fly their own Corvair powered planes. Much of this is chronicled at www.FlyCorvair.com and in more than 50 magazine articles.

I will plan to be in Barnwell to hopefully finish my engine and start it .

The only hard part is waiting until November!!! Dan-o

    • Dan-o, everyone loved the part of the #35 video when you say off the cuff “I’ll bring the shovel”. For CC#39 we need to have short film where everyone can share their own personal story of how they met Albert, as Bill Reynolds did.

  3. Ray Williams says:

Will the Weseman’s be there, and can we order parts and get them there?

    • Ray, Dan and Rachel have been there the last few years, and they will be there this year. If you are planning a build, contact them early and make a plan, they transport lots of stuff there, but planning pays dividends

  4. Charlie says:

Is it sold out? The registration link does not work. 😱
